EPH is 100% cash payment clinic. We accept credit cards and HSA accounts. Currently, we do not take insurance.

Unfortunately, we do no accept insurance at this time. We are a cash pay clinic only. We are happy to create a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance company to request reimbursement.

1. For our local patients seeing us in office, we can have you pick up your medications directly from the clinic. 
2. We can do your injections for you in office, or train you to do it at home.
3. All of our patients can elect to have their medications and supplies shipped directly to their home.

Everyone responds differently, but most testosterone, hormone, or weight loss therapy patients will notice effects within the first two weeks.

All medications are formulated by certified pharmacies. We have done our due diligence to establish relationships with compounding pharmacies that deliver the highest quality mediations. Free from contaminants and have come through rigorous third party tested.  We only partner with the best!
